Beautiful villa with everything that you need for a great holiday. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean (unheated) pool, short walk to some lovely beaches, shops and restaurants (we went at the end of the season and there was enough open and beaches were almost empty.)
A great welcome from the host, particularly as we were late arriving having been delayed. Always prompt in answering any questions we did have. Thank you!
Perfect accommodation for a great holiday in Crete, Kai Germany
The accommodation (Villa 1) leaves nothing to be desired. Very modern and well-equipped. Great pool area. Super close to various beaches, shops, and restaurants. There were five of us, including three kids. The children had their own space upstairs with their own bathroom and a great terrace with a view of the mountains. There is a gas grill, as well as a private parking space right in front of the villa. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. The hosts are super nice and very helpful. Check-in at the reception of the neighboring hotel was seamless. We will definitely be back.

Everything! It was spotless on arrival, Giorgos welcomes us and showed us how everything worked. There were lots of little touches that were very helpful - like the aircon automatically clicking on/off when the doors/windows were closed/open, a double sink in the family bathroom, robes and beach towels included, coffee capsules to get us started etc. Everything was great quality too, from the garden/pool furniture and mattresses to the kitchen knives actually being sharp!

Very relaxing holiday, hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, villa for 6 was perfect for the 4 of us (separate bedrooms required for our adult children), very clean and well equiped and quiet surroundings. Bali very hilly and villa on hill but aware of that before we came and helped burn some calories! Loads of local reasonably priced restaurants. We were in Villa 2, Villa 1 probably a slightly better layout and less overlooked but didnt detract. Overall amazing holiday. Thank you to the lovely lady at the Xidas reception.

Adrianna Villa is simply stunning. The property itself is amazing, located in a beautiful village of Bali, surrounded by gorgeous mountain views within walking distance to all you need. Spotless clean with wonderful hosts that make you feel at home. Private pool, spacious rooms and beautiful finishings. Restaurants serve very tasty food, mini markets and beautiful beaches are few steps away. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Perfect holiday. The private pool and area surrounding the villa is really a little paradise. So much privacy, but still so close to the restaurants and town center is really unique. The view on the mountains is arguably even better than any seaview. Very clean and well maintained villa. Dont have any improvement points.

Four of us, including two children, stayed in Villa 4 for 2.5 weeks.
The villa is exactly as shown in the photos and is fantastic. It is in a quiet location, but you are only five minutes from the beach, supermarket or restaurant.
The villa is clean. A lady came every four to five days to clean and change the towels.
Georg himself is a fantastic host who is happy to fulfill any requests you may have. He gives great advice for your time there. We felt completely in good hands.
We had a great time and can recommend the villa, and especially Georg, to anyone.
